How will my company benefit from conducting a waste audit?
Our waste audit will ensure that your property meets regulatory compliance as required by the Ministry of the Environment. We will provide a work plan to identify what area(s) of your recycling system can be improved to maximize the overall performance of the program. We will provide recommendations to assist with your sustainable waste management initiatives, which will result in reduced operating costs and an increased diversion rate.
We already have a recycling and reuse program in place. What can you do to improve these programs?
Most companies are recycling primary recyclable materials (cardboard, mixed paper, glass, aluminum cans) but very few know what percentage of this material they are capturing and how much is still making its way to landfill.
There may be markets for other materials generated in your waste stream that can be diverted from landfill such as organics, fluorescent lamps, batteries, electronic waste, wood, steel, drywall etc. By recycling these items, your landfill cost will decrease and your diversion rate will increase.
How much can we expect to save from your waste assessment program?
There are typically substantial savings to be captured though system optimization, landfill reduction and increased rebates, as well as others.
After a review of your current program we will be happy to provide you with a projected first year cost savings.
How long does a waste audit take from start to finish?
Our Waste Audit Report will be completed within 6 weeks from the time of the site visit.
Where does your company operate?
We operate across Canada and can be on-site within 48 hours notice.
