Our Results
Shopping Centres
At a shopping centre
of 850,000 square feet, our services led to a decrease in annual waste costs from $60,000 to $35,000 and diversion rates increased from 32% to 50%.
Office Towers
For an office tower of 1.4 million square feet, annual waste costs went from $150,000 to $80,000 and diversion increased from 38% to 52%.
Hospitals
At hospitals and nursing homes that we've served in the GTA, annual waste costs declined from approximately $180,000 to $120,000.
Manufacturing Facilities
In the manufacturing and distribution sectors, our services have resulted in decreases in waste costs from between $180,000 and $200,000 to between $105,000 and $120,000 for operations of over 200 people.
Restaurants
In restaurants and hotels that we've worked with, annual waste costs dropped from about $80,000 to $60,000.
Residential
For a multi-unit residential building of 110 units, we were able to ensure that it maintained residential pick-up and increased diversion rates from 15% to 35%.
A building with 180 units and commercial pick-up saw a $35,000 cost savings on an annual bill of $115,000 and diversion rates increased from 30% to 62%.
Construction Projects
On large construction, renovation and demolition projects, we have been able to bring projected waste disposal costs down to $40,000 from $60,000.
