LEED is a prestigious international rating system for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings.

There are a number of different LEED classifications incuding New Construction, Existing Buildings, Commercial Interiors, Core & Shell, Retail, and Homes.

Our Sustainable Waste & Recycling Programs are customized to meet and exceed criteria for prerequisites and credits.

We are proud to be a member of the consulting team who assisted 225 King Street West, Oxford Properties in obtaining USGBC LEED-EB silver certification, another first in Canada.

 

BOMA BESt Certification

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) has established BOMA BESt (Level 1,2,3,4) as a national environmental recognition and certification program for commercial buildings in Canada.

The components of the Sustainable Waste and Recycling Management Program assist properties in meeting the requirements of BOMA BESt certification.

We are also experienced and available to facilitate the certification process through the GAP Analysis, On-site Evaluation and preparation of audits and policies to the full assembly of the application package. We remain on-site to support the Management Team during the verification process.

Zero Waste Certification

Zero Waste International Alliance recognizes properties that divert more than 90% of their total waste generated. We conduct Zero Waste Audits to verify status and provide the appropriate confirmation to the client.

Zero Waste exemplifies an admirable achievement and typifies companies and properties that are committed to environmental excellence. Zero waste is attainable through a unified approach of recycling waste materials on-site and purchasing practices whereby materials are selected based on their positive environmental impact.
