Certificate of Excellence (CofE) is a rigorous certification program recognizing property management performance in building management/operations, community impact, tenant relations, energy and environment management, emergency preparedness, and training of building personnel. Top scoring CofE recipients receive The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award and are eligible to compete nationally. This is the industry’s most prestigious recognition.
Earth Award aims to highlight the importance of resource conservation and sustainable commercial building management. It is presented to properties that have made significant efforts to improve their environmental performance.
Pinnacle Awards acknowledge innovation, teamwork, outstanding customer service, and commitment to clients. The three categories for Above & Beyond, Customer Service, and Innovation establishes the standards to which all BOMA members should aspire.
