CD SONTER’s Managing Director wins BOMA Toronto 2026 Individual Award ofExcellence: Service Provider

CD SONTER is proud to announce that our organization’s Managing Director, Louis Dodaro, has won the BOMA Toronto 2026 Individual Award of Excellence in the Service Provider category. This award recognizes Louis’ outstanding performance and contributions within the North American commercial real estate industry.

Since joining CD SONTER, Louis and his team has supported property managers in measuring, improving, and communicating environmental performance across their portfolios.

Under Louis’s leadership, CD SONTER has delivered wide-reaching sustainability results, including more than 900 sustainable building awards and certification projects, sustainability training for over 125,000 Canadians, and more than 420 sustainability engagement events hosted. CD SONTER has also conducted waste audits covering 2.6 billion square feet of commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional space.

Beyond project delivery, Louis is recognized for his people-first leadership style, fostering a workplace culture built on inclusion, accountability, and professional growth. He has led numerous internal initiatives focused on leadership development, compliance readiness, employee wellbeing, and volunteerism.

Louis’s commitment to the broader industry is reflected in his long-standing support of BOMA and other sustainability-focused organizations. He continues to translate industry education into practical, actionable guidance for property managers seeking stronger building performance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
