The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.

Finalists at the International level must first compete and win both at their local and regional BOMA levels. All facets of a building’s operations and management are thoroughly evaluated, spanning community involvement, tenant relations, to energy management, accessibility, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs and overall quality indicators.

The Earth Awards aim to highlight the importance of resource conservation and sustainable commercial building management. It is presented to properties that have made significant efforts to improve their environmental performance.
